MELODY ROWELL is a Kansas City-based writer and podcast producer. Rowell produces Crooked Media’s Strict Scrutiny, a weekly podcast with analysis of the Supreme Court, and The Culture Study podcast hosted by Anne Helen Peterson. Previously, she worked for NPR’s 1A, National Geographic, and KCUR 89.3’s Central Standard. Rowell founded Yellow Armadillo Studios, a podcast production and consulting agency, in 2020.
