CATHERINE BROWDER has published six books, including short story collections, and written more than a dozen full-length and one-act plays. Her 2023 work, The Manning Girl, a novel, a contemporary re-imagining of George Eliot’s Silas Marner, was awarded the Gold Prize in general adult fiction from the Foreword INDIES and the Petrichor Prize from Regal House Publishing. She lives in Kansas City, Missouri.
